Tips on completing interactive forms

Open the forms as normal in Adobe Reader,

You will now see a message along the top of the form confirming you can fill out the forms and save a copy.

There is an option top right to highlight the fields that allow data entry

There are a number of different formats which reflect the data being entered.

Open text type: requires entry

Drop downs: select an option from the list

Date: type in or select a date from the calendar

Radio boxes: tick one of the options only

 Capture

Tick boxes: tick the applicable options.

Validated fields: enter data as per the defined rules e.g. NI Number, post codes, accounts numbers.

At any stage you can save a copy locally on your desktop. On MS Internet explorer [File] > [Save As]

change the file name [Save].

 

The forms can also be part or fully completed by hand.

Once complete simply print and sign.
