The Directors and Senior Managers are committed to ensuring that the FSA principle of treating customers fairly (TCF) is applied in all areas of our day to day business activities.
In adopting the TCF principle we recognise that fair treatment of our customers is about adding value to the service we offer by aiming to provide our customers with:

3. Suitable advice (where advice is sought)

5. The opportunity to readily complain or change provider
In practical terms this means that we:
- Ensure that our staff understand their roles and are provided with the training that they need to fulfill their duties effectively
- Have clear procedures in place which are regularly reviewed to ensure that a consistent service is provided to our customers
- Encourage staff to recommend improvements to services and procedures
- Ensure that our literature and other promotional material is clear, compliant, jargon free and appropriately targeted
- Keep accurate and full records relating to all transactions so that any complaints can be dealt with fairly and efficiently
- Handle complaints objectively and act upon the lessons learned to improve service
- Monitor and review management information so that any trends or weaknesses can be identified and acted upon as necessary
