Support for Financial Advisers
Our aim is always to provide outstanding support to financial advisers. Here are some of the ways we hope to achieve this :
• Our Adviser Support Programme includes a range of tools such as technical bulletins and case studies to help advisers keep abreast of legislative changes and opportunities.
• Each adviser is allocated an Adviser Support Executive to ensure we can act promptly to requests.
• We have a national team of trustee consultants who are happy to give face to face support when required.
• We regularly present at small regional events. Here Advisers can meet us and learn more about the case studies we have been working on.
• We do not market directly to clients. We believe Advisers are best placed to understand individuals’ needs and our products are therefore only available through Financial Advisers.
• We do not provide administration services to insurance companies, so we can focus purely on supporting Financial Advisers.
